Greetings!

A New Trailer for the Film

We are excited to unveil a new trailer for the film on our web site. We are blessed to have the creative input of friends who cut trailers and create title graphics for the big studio films. Every trailer tells a little different story. We hope you enjoy this one. We'll have more news about how you can see the entire film at a screening or on DVD very soon. For now, click here to watch the new trailer.

Help Us Reach Our Audience

As the end of the year approaches, we are working on several opportunities to make the film available. Some of these, like the opportunities in Europe that I have written about recently, require funds to make foreign-language translations for subtitles and narration. Each language requires a translator, audio recording facilities, an actor for the narration, and other costs to create the subtitle tracks for the DVD. We are fortunate to have many partners who are eager to use the film in other countries, but most of them do not have the funds necessary to produce the translations. Each language (Portoguese, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, etc.) will cost approximately $5,000 to complete.  If you are interested and able to join with us to help make these translations a reality, please let us know. You can learn how to donate on our on-line giving page. Thank you for considering us in your year-end giving.

As we approach a season of joy and celebration, we are also mindful of the global economic crisis and we remember our Yanomamö friends in Venezuela who struggle every day just to survive, educate their children, and build a future. On their behalf we are excited to see how doors are opening for the film. We appreciate all of the e-mails we receive from you and welcome your input and partnership to help us bless the Yanomamö and change the world.

Yours,
