Greetings ,
We have been quiet but that doesn't mean we haven't been busy! The final details of a film don't always make for exciting news updates, but all of the pieces are coming together. As a matter of fact, we are at the stage that we are beginning to preview the film for a few folks and are also beginning to submit the film for consideration to a few film festivals.
This past weekend we were back in Belize to give our cast and crew a sneak peak at the film. See the article below for more of that story.
Next up is continued polishing of the film, music, sound design, etc. We are also beginning to talk seriously with potential distributors and others about making the film available.
One last item for your thoughts is the political situation in Venezuela. Our friends there were very concerned about the consolidation of power that was in the proposed new constitution of that country. They are very thankful that the referendum was defeated. However, there is great fear of even more significant erosion of political freedom and rights. The Yanomamö feel that they have very little voice as it is.
