Greetings! The "home-stretch" is how you might describe it. We have approximately 10 more shooting days to go. If you are a film crew member, this is when you are either just worn out and tired, or you are ramping up for a big finish. One crew member describes things as "going better now that we're on the downhill side..." Another says they are totally stressed and unable to sleep. Both are true, I'm sure. So please keep praying for everyone in Belize. Thank you for joining with us, Tom Khazoyan –– Executive Producer, The Enemy God (Yai Wana Naba Laywa) film |

Production Notes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There are some very significant scenes left
to film. Some are complex and difficult.
Today the crew will move for the first time
off of our main set location and travel to a
riverfront location. Two days of shooting
will take place there, covering many comings
and goings of villagers, warriors, government
officials, and the like.
Moving the whole production is a daunting task. It is difficult enough to ensure that actors arrive on time and the right day to our main location. Today we have to get crew, equipment, canoes, boats, actors, food, vehicles, props, and other sundries to an entirely new location that is only accessible via river or a dirt road. Later in next week we will be filming some pivotal scenes of a battle between several villages. These will involve many actors, special makeup and visual effects, and many creative and technical challenges for everyone.

One More Chance? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As I am writing this, it seems as though God
has given us one more chance to bring
Bautista and another Yanomamö leader out of
Venezuela to our filming location. After many
months of trying and then finally calling it
off, it looks
again like we may be able to do it!
I know I don't understand how God works. He has a much bigger picture of everything in mind than I do. This project has convinced me of that. But I will take the open doors when they come. Bautista really wants to come to be a part of this. It is his story we are telling. Timoteo has been a great help during all of our filming, but we want to be able to encourage Bautista and honor his partnership by having him be with us as we help him tell the story of his people. We have finally been able to obtain passports for the guys who have been waiting all these months. The challenge this week has been to find transportation out of the jungle. No planes are flying and no boats were going down river for the past week or so. But we think we have a flight arranged for them to come out. Please keep praying for these arrangements and for a safe journey.

Prayer Requests ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
? Pray for our two big days of moving the
whole production to a river village. The
logistics will be a challenge. We also need
to make certain that we respect the community
we are working in. Pray especially for Matt,
our field Producer, who has been working on
all of these arrangements.
? Pray for smooth and quick travel for Bautista and the others coming from Venezuela. Pray that their paperwork will really be in order. Praise God for what seems like an open door that will make it possible for Bautista to be with us.
