Service Dog Memorial StatueHonoring Service Dogs

Search & Rescue, Law Enforcement, Therapy, and Guide Dogs - these are just a few of the remarkable jobs through which canines contribute to mankind. In honor of all service dogs, Foothills Animal Shelter hosted the unveiling ceremony of a bronze service dog memorial statue in our courtyard on June 12.

A huge thanks to 15-year-old Eagle Scout Grady Guziak Jensen (Troop 130, Golden), his father, Steve Jensen, and the Golden Rotary Club for making this project possible.
