The Passionate Pursuit of Efficiency
-Monthly Tip-
staring at computer

Peel your eyes off that computer screen for five to ten minutes every hour. Look at a point across the room or if possible out a window and rest a bit. You can also stand up and stretch a little. Take frequent short breaks rather than infrequent longer breaks. Studies have proven you will feel more energized and refreshed throughout the day...leading to you being more efficient.

Greetings!

People that know me know that I believe in starting meetings on time. People are giving up valuable time out of their working day for the meeting. Meetings should start on time and not go late. If you cannot finish your meeting on time, you should schedule another (this incidentally, is a great motivator for people to get to the point and address the issue at hand).

It's a simple rule to live by, and people will truly appreciate it.  Next time you are Chair of a meeting, start and end your meetings on time.  You'll get a good reputation for it!!
