Get the most important school supply -
An IPPL card will be your child's most important school supply.  Being in a library gives children the chance to explore whatever interests them.  It encourages their natural curiosity.  Finding books and magazines to enjoy will help your child be a better reader.  Good readers are good writers, with a healthy vocabulary and an understanding of how sentences work and how stories are told.

Get a library card in September - National Library Card Sign-up Month - and win prizes.  We'll have two drawings daily; one for existing cardholders who use their library card, and one for new and renewed cardholders.  You could win an IPPL lunch bag, travel mug, or ornament. First time IPPL cardholders get a gift bag, while supplies last.
