Bryston Continues to Excel at Digital Audio
Bryston BDP-1
Bryston BDP-1

Bryston's BDP-1 digital music player, a companion to the company's BDA-1 DAC (digital-to-analog converter), was designed to give music aficionados the ability to enjoy their library of high-resolution digital music files (resolutions of up to 24-bit/192kHz are supported) residing on a USB storage device, which in turn is directly connected via standard USB cable or thumb drive to the BDP-1 digital music player.

The best demo I heard at this last CES used content streamed from a thumb drive via the BDP-1 and converted through the BDA-1 DAC.  I heard magic reminiscent of Quad ESL63's with tube electronics using vinyl as a source.

Stealth Acoustics Upgrades Line
Stealth Acoustics LR-3
SA LR3
The FX series has now been upgraded to the LR Series (Linear Response).  I had the opportunity to spend an afternoon with one of the brightest engineers in our industry listening to the new LR3 and his comment was "Not Even Close" comparing the new version to its predecessor.

Stealth has quietly opened a new 20,000 square foot manufacturing/R&D/demo facility in Mt. Vernon, WA. You are welcome to schedule a visit and see first hand how seriously Stealth has approached the "invisible" market.  No one else in this category comes close.

Stealth no longer has to be relegated to secondary and tertiary applications.  The bar has been upped.

Every project can benefit from an "invisible" speaker placement.  Especially ceiling applications.

The pricing remains the same and I have samples available for
evaluation or customer demo.

As an aside:  I set up my LR3 samples with my PS Audio CD player and DAC using a Parasound Zamp to drive the speakers.  I was stunned; you and you customer will be too.  Please contact me to schedule a demo.
