Did you know . . .
We pride ourselves on our customer service and flexibility. Many of the specifics are found in our FAQs and New Member Logistics on our website, but here are some highlights and things you may not know:
- If your box size is too small or too large, you can adjust it mid-season
- If you are unavailable to receive your box, you can either (1) have a friend retrieve it from your home, (2) give us an alternate address (even in a different city or delivery day) to deliver it to, or (3) ask us to donate it to the Rice Home in Evanston that houses at-risk children awaiting foster care
- Feel free to ask if there's something you'd like to purchase a la carte for delivery with your CSA; even if it's not listed on the store we might be able to accommodate you
- Our a la carte ordering deadlines (noon the day before) are pretty fluid; if you order after that, we'll still accommodate if we can
- Our website has a wealth of information, including recipes and crop information, which is found under Resources/Recipes & More
- If you encounter any problems with your CSA delivery or need to know an ETA on a given evening, call or text Robin at 708-370-8017
As you can imagine, a few days' lead time is always helpful for any requests or changes, but we'll always try to work with you if we can!

Check out our online store where you can purchase for delivery with your CSA extra produce we might have available (if you don't see it, just ask!), our own jarred products (salsas, soups, preserves, and more) plus
- eggs
- honey
- sunflower oil
- maple syrup ... from other local farms.
