What's in our mesclun mix
spicy. We've been using the term for our Ovation Greens Mix which contains a nice combination of five varieties, both mild and spicy: red mustard, mizuna, tatsoi, kale, and arugula. These mixed greens can stand alone as a salad (especially good with a fruity vinaigrette dressing) or added to more traditional green salads to lend variety and their unique tang. Add them to any greens mix for braising or sauteeing. Or try adding them to your juicing routine. We hope you'll enjoy them.
