Summer has arrived!
Okay, there are other measures to the beginning of summer, but at Tomato Mountain it's really summer when the tomatoes start coming in fast and furious. They haven't all come at once yet, but that day is

soon. In the meantime, tomatoes will make an appearance (or two) in all of next week's boxes and will likely be featured pretty heavily going forward. Add to that the first basil of the season and you'll be tasting summer!
The first shot of basil will be a small bunch to be enjoyed in salads, cooking or for drying. We hope to have a pesto-worthy quantity in a future box.
