Welcome Back!
Fall in love with dance (all over again!) at Everything Goes Dance Studio. This is our 15th season and we have some great new classes, fantastic faculty and wonderful things planned. Don't miss it. And while you're at it, bring a friend. In celebration of our 15th season, we have installed new Marley floors in studios A and C, and we placed a brand-spankin'-new flatscreen in the main waiting area so that you don't have to squint to see your child's class. We're also proud to announce that Shannon Primeau is being inducted into the Oklahoma City Community College Hall of Fame on October 14th. Congrats, Shannon! Registration is still open for fall classes, and we're still offering a $15 discount if you refer a friend (the friend must give your name @ registration and pay for at least 1 month of classes). As the owner of a small business, I know how important word of mouth advertising is. I'd like to invite EGD patrons who have their own businesses to put a link on our website, so that you can advertise your goods & services to other patrons. Email your info to us. |

Our Flamenco couturiere Alicia Harris is taking orders now for new Flamenco costumes. Ms. Harris can also make alterations to existing costumes. Music is in the Air
If you hear singing at the studio, it's probably students in our new vocal Music class. Everything Goes is proud to announce a new series of classes in vocal music and music performance.
Instructor William Coleman has a wealth of experience in teaching vocal and instrumental music to young people. William holds a master's degree in music performance from Middle Tennessee University and a B.S. in music from the University of Tennessee. He has been on the faculty of UCO and Langston University and is the vocal music director at Midwest City High School. His daughter, Andrea, is an award-winning vocalist and harpist and an EGD alumnus. This dynamic duo is teaming up to bring lessons in vocal music to the students of Everything Goes. Students will learn the fundamentals of singing, musical theory and performance techniques, with special emphasis on pop, jazz and musical theatre.
Students in grades 9-12 may audition to be a part of the Everything Goes Vocal Troupe, which will perform around the metro at special events.
Vocal music classes meet on Fridays from 5:30-7:00 pm. They are open to students age 10 and above. The Vocal Music Performance group will meet on Fridays from 7-8:30 pm. Tuition is $60/month; please pay directly to Mr. or Ms. Coleman. Inquire at the front desk for more information. |
