HEART OF INSPIRATION YOGA RETREAT
IN MOLOKAI, HAWAII - APRIL 24-30
With Denise Benitez
As the rain (and hail!) falls steadily in Seattle, our hearts and bodies yearn for the healing of light and warmth.
Please join me on the quiet Hawaiian island of Molokai at Hui Ho'olana Retreat for a week of rejuvenating movement, nourishing food, and a deeply peaceful lifestyle. Molokai is the birthplace of the hula and is the sacred island where Hawaiians sent their shamans for training. It is a quiet and powerfully spiritual island. Hui Ho'olana Retreat Center's intention is to be environmentally responsible in everything they do, including growing their own organic fruits and vegetables. Hui Ho'olana is a non-profit, so your attendance at this retreat supports the owners' mission of practicing what the Hawaiians call ho'oponopono - "making things right."
Each day offers two yoga sessions in the graceful circular yoga hall, three scrumptious meals, and time to soak in the pool, hike along the highest sea cliffs in the world (5 minutes away), or take a short drive to quiet, secluded beaches. Or, you may choose to spend your non-yoga hours lazing in the hammock under the palm trees. Open to all levels, non-yoga partners and children welcome.
DETAILS: Prices, which include room, food, and yoga, are $1250 per person for a room in the lodge, or $1450 for a private cabin on the property. Download a brochure with lots more details at SeattleYogaArts.com or contact me for more information at info@seattleyogaarts.com.
