The Powerfully Simple Affirmation
Philadelphia area intuitive Jean Quinn shared the above affirmation with me when she gave me my first reading back in the early 70s. I use it daily.
It came in particularly handy one icy winter night when a date and I were driving to a movie. Out of the corner of my eye I noticed a car in the next lane hit a patch of ice and start skidding directly into our path.
"Bubble up!" I shouted at the startled man, which was a shorthand version of the affirmation. Miraculously, the other car came within six inches of our car, then, as if it hit something invisible, it suddenly stopped and slid back into the correct lane.

Hey there! Maybe it's because he's been demoted from "Planet" to "Dwarf," but Pluto has been kicking up a bunch of stuff this year -- and I'm sure you've noticed!
Things that were going great are picking up even more steam, but projects and relationships that weren't serving you are getting soundly throttled.
If you've been on the bruising end of Pluto's power lately, my first advice to reestablish peace, grace and your sanity is to simply PRAY. Focus on exactly what it is you desire in your life, see and feel yourself achieving or acquiring it, and humbly ask for Divine assistance in reaching your goals.
Enlisting the support of your tribe also helps speed good things along. Who, exactly, IS this "tribe?" It's any and everyone of like mind who honors and respects where you are in life, shares your spiritual, ethical and moral values, and unconditionally opens their mind, heart and arms to you.
Your tribal brothers and sisters will be the first to gobble up your last slice of (organic vegan gluten-free) pizza, but they'll also be the first to gently pick you up and smooth out your wings when you've forgotten how to fly.
How do you meet these precious peeps? You find them at the cool places you love -- drum circles, galleries, dog parks, volunteer projects. You also meet them at spiritual gatherings.

While my wonderful conspiracy theory friends are bombarding me with e-mails about "Project Disclosure," which is supposedly the government's official compilation of all the secret UFO reports, England is beating us to the punch.
Just last month, the Brits released 4,000 pages detailing over 800 separate UFO incidents which the British Ministry of Defense had kept under wraps for decades. There aren't a lot of answers in the material, but just admitting there are a heck of a lot of things they simply can't explain logically is a positive, hopeful start Check out the details. |

A Tender 9-11 Memory
A friend of mine lost her fiance in 9-11. It was only through a freakish set of circumstances he happened to be in the Twin Towers that day, and he has been in constant and loving connection with her in spirit ever since.
This September, my friend started a new teaching job in a new state, so none of her colleagues knew about her very personal, very sad emotional charge around the 11th.
Early that morning, she got into her car and began backing out of the driveway. When she shifted from reverse into drive, she moved her gaze from the rearview mirror to the windshield, and immediately stopped. There, tucked under a wiper blade, was a single red rose -- cut and placed exactly the same way her fiance left her red roses when he was alive.
There is absolutely no doubt in her mind the gift was from him; yet one more tangle proof that when someone is in our hearts, love never dies, and miracles happen daily. All we have to do is be on the lookout for them, and honor them as they occur. |
