Variable speed touch pad controls regulate belt and blade speeds, with digital displays indicating settings. (31) 46" diameter metal screened horizontal filter leaves, manufacturer rated for a total of 340 square foot of filtration area in the 54" diameter by 72"straight-sided filtration tank, with dome top and bottom. 18 lug bottom pressure seal connection provides for service access to plates. Manufacturer recommended for having all the advantages of a horizontal leaf filtration system, with the labor saving capability of sluicing away the cake without opening the tank. Previously used in the beverage industry, this filter came in without the sluicer drive (the rest of the rotary jet power sluicer assembly is intact) and is otherwise in stock in very good condition, available as-is for immediate shipment, or completed with a drive, for timely shipment. Single 6" diameter x 72" long horizontal barrel with a 150 psi jacket, and 3" Triclamp product inlet/outlet connections. Built for USDA sanitary dairy application usage, with all stainless steel product contacts, shrounding, and frame construction. 15 HP 230/460 volt 3 phase main drive motor. Includes a 5HP centrifugal recirculating pump with a 2.5" inlet and1.5" outlet, for recirculating media. Originally specified as a scraped surface CHEESE COOLER / CHILLER for Ricotta cheese at 5,000 lbs per hour, cooling from 180 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, using 30% propylene glycol cooling media at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. This pneumatically powered solids handling very low-shear pump has a 6" diameter body, with 4"diameter Triclamp inlet/outlet connections. All stainless steel USDA-sanitary compliant food grade materials and construction, with no motors and only two moving parts. Manufacturer rated for gentle, shear-sensitive handling of whole berries, pie fillings, mashes, pomaces, meats, concentrates, cheese curds, sauces, pet foods, soups, sauces, chiles, fillings, mixed vegetables, emulsions, fish and seafoods, and other such products, including abrasive products, from whole muscle meats to whole fruits and vegetables, to waste. The VC-6 model is rated for handling solids up to 4" in diameter, with little or no water required, with variable pressure / variable flow (variable speed) to 45 gallons per minute maximum flow rate. This self-priming pump is also manufacturer rated for a maximum suction lift capability of 685.8mm/27"hg, and 33 meters /30.6 ft of water.
