As currently configured (other cut sizes are available from manufacturer) first operation cuts melon halves into seven wedges which are then sliced by crosscut knives (perpendicular to wedge length) set for 1" cuts. All stainless steel construction. Complete with PVC control box. Previous owner reports operation at 20 cycles per minute. Each 22" long by 9" wide by 5" deep infeed lane pushes melons across a serrated melon halving knive with the halfs dropping to each 2' long by 9" wide by 8" deep discharge chute. Click picture to enlarge!	NEW STAINLESS STEEL SINGLE STATION BAGGING TABLE, with (1) 30lb electronic washdown over/under type scale, with remote readout head mounted at eye level. The filling station consists of a 6.25" diameter filling tube equipped with a removable (can be replaced with larger or smaller funnel for different bag sizes) stainless steel filling funnel, and equipped with a stainless steel pneumatic bag holder. Beneath the bag holder is a 10" by 10" stainless steel weigh cell platformwhich is adjustable to accommodate different bag heights. The stainless steel bagging table is 43" long by 37.5" wide and has sides that taper from 13" high at the back down to 6" high at the front. Operator hangs the bag on the filling funnel and engages the bag holder by pressing a button. The operator then pulls product from the table into the filling tube until the proper weight is made (and can easily remove a bit of product if needed). The operator then disengages the bag holder and removes the bag, puts a new bag in place, and the process is repeated. Currently configued for slicing (one-dimensional cut) with a two blade slice cutting for 1/4" (6mm) slice thickness, and powered hold-down belt. This Kronen slicer is configured for a 220 volt single phase (household current) electrical input. 50/60 Hz suitable. Variable speed touch pad controls regulate belt and blade speeds, with digital displays indicating settings. All sanitary stainless steel construction designed and manufacturer rated for HAACP / USDA hygiene requirements; --knives, product guides, belts, hold-down mechanism, and other parts can be quickly and easily removed for cleaning without tools. Manufacturer rates for throughput capacity (with this cutting disk) of up to 4,400 lbs per hour depending on product characteristics. Click picture to enlarge!	VANMARK STAINLESS STEEL IMMERSION WASHER / RINSER / DIP TANK. 10' long by 46" wide by 32" deep wet tank, with 36" wide by 14' long elevating discharge conveyor. There is a 4" DESTONER GAP between the tank and the belt at the infeed end where rocks and sinkers would drop into the bottom of the tank for later cleanout, but the conveyor is otherwise trimmed in UHMW such that product cannot get around or behind the conveyor. The conveyor has a plastic interlocking chain type belt with rectangular perforations 1/2" long by 3/16" wide, and has 1" cleats on 4" centers, and runs between 6" high stainless steel sides. The conveyor sits at a maximum water depth of about 23", and the conveyor body is on a hinge so it can be tipped up for cleaning. 33" infeed height into the tank, 68"discharge height from the discharge belt, or 36" discharge height from a removable (bolted-on) dual split discharge with 8.5" diameter outlets on 18" centers. The conveyor extends 5'9" past the end of the tank for an overall length of 15'10". The conveyor has an SEW Eurodrive 3 phase mechanical variable speed drive. Beneath the conveyor at the discharge end is a 20" long by 64" wide by 32" deep overflow / recirculation tank which is plumbed via a center bottom outlet to a bronze filter, then on to a stainless steel CENTRIFUGAL PUMP with a .5HP 208/230/460 volt 3 phase motor, which returns / recirculates the water into the the tank via (7) water jets horizontally arrayed along the upper lip of the infeed end of the tank. The recirculation tank is wider than the rest of the washer, with a hinged stainless steel cover over the part that sticks out of the left side, which would facilitate access for making up solution. All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction (but for the motors). Late model configuration, with an automatic scoring section which has powered circular knives on spindles, so you simply meter the onions into the infeed hopper, instead of having to handle each one to score the outer layer(s). The topper-tailer butt cutting section has the new style "V-type" holders for faster, easier hand placement to the onion trimmer than clamps. The finalblow/peel section has rollers which spin the onions over an air header to gently blow the epidermal layers off the onions. This pneumatically powered solids handling very low-shear pump has a 6" diameter body, with 4"diameter Triclamp inlet/outlet connections. All stainless steel USDA-sanitary compliant food grade materials and construction, with no motors and only two moving parts. Manufacturer rated for gentle, shear-sensitive handling of whole berries, pie fillings, mashes, pomaces, meats, concentrates, cheese curds, sauces, pet foods, soups, sauces, chiles, fillings, mixed vegetables, emulsions, fish and seafoods, and other such products, including abrasive products, from whole muscle meats to whole fruits and vegetables, to waste.
