Specifically engineered by Lyco Manufacturing as bag / pouch cooler. All stainless steel construction, USDA listed model.

CHESTER JENSEN Model X70N20* COOKER-COOLER, 300 GALLON STEAM JACKETED KETTLE / PROCESS VESSEL with DOUBLE MOTION SCRAPER-AGITATOR.
72" inside diameter by 36" deep cone bottom stainless steel vessel with 3" center bottom outlet. Double motion agitation with scrapers going one way, while a 3 blade impeller rotates the other way. A cuved fixed baffle is also included. A 1.5HP 460 volt 3 phase gearmotor drive, wire-settable for two speeds, powers the scraper-agitator and 1HP 230/460 volt 3 phase drive runs the center agitator. Stainless steam jacket manufacturer tagged and National Board coded for 100psi working pressure. Stainless steel agitator drive support bridge with hinged top covers. 74" overall width, 89" overall height on stainless steel legs. Sanitary food grade stainless steel construction.

URSCHEL MODEL RA DICER.
A three dimensional dicer manufacturer rated (with proper parts/setup) for continuous dicing of meat, cheese, pickles, vegetables fruits and nuts, into slices, strip cuts, or dices; with slice thickness (first dimension) from 1/16" to 3/8", circular knife (second dimension) settings from 1/8" to 1" and crosscut knives (third dimension) from 1/16" to 1.5"; with "tons per hour" throughput capacity.

Stainless steel product contact surfaces, tubular stainless steel support frame, guards and shrouds. Complete with 5 HP 230/460 volt 3 phase drive, with factory electrical panel with safety interlock system.

Currently set for 3/16" dice, but other cut sizes are available; --please tell us your cutting specification.

WHITE CAP / SILGAN, Model 51R42 "Plasti-Vision" CONTAINER INSPECTION SYSTEM DUD DETECTOR FOR PLASTIC BOTTLES / PLASTIC CLOSURE INSPECTION SYSTEM.

Designed to fit over your existing conveyor line, this camera-based inspection system detects cocked caps, loose caps, missing tamper evident bands, missing caps, low fills, and deformed bottles, documenting inspection records and capturing statistical data on an integral personal computer. Manufacturer rated at up to 800 bottles per minute, the system comes in an all stainless steel washdown sealed cabinet with conveyor thru-tunnel, which is meant to fit over an existing conveyor line, and includes motorized tunnel height adjustment, an internal air conditioning unit to keep electronics cool and dry while operating in production-line heat and moisture conditions, an Allen Bradley sealed monitor and sealed QWERTY keyboard control panel.

A latest-model six-spindle Resina stainless steel capping machine, manufactuer rated for a range of cap sizes (with change parts) from 10mm to 70mm, at speeds up to 300 containers per minute. Complete with cap sorter, and through-conveyor.

RIETZ OPEN SCREW BLANCHER...

...9" diameter by 48" long, model TC-9-K2204. Lab size / pilot line size open screw blancher with bottom-port direct-steam injection. All stainless steel product contact / USDA listed model, with 9" diameter stainless steel auger in a 48" long stainless steel trough. (4) direct steam injectors each with hand-adjustable valves, are evenly spaced along the bottom. Complete with hinged, gasketed stainless steel top cover. Product infeed through an 8" wide by 6" long opening in the top cover and/or via a threaded 1.5 dia side bottom inlet. Paddle wheel discharge to right of flow. 33" infeed height and 18" discharge height as currently configured, on painted steel support frame. Includes a 208/230/460 volt 3 phase SEW Eurodrive mechanical VARIABLE SPEED drive.

This lab / pilot line vegetable blancher has been serviced mechanically and cosmetically and is in excellent mechanical condition and available for immediate shipment.

WEIGHPACK AUTOMATIC BAG-FILLER-SEALER SYSTEM, consisting of a WEIGHPACK model AEF-7 LINEAR SCALE with a ZIPPY BAGGER...

...for automatic bag indexing, netweigh bag filling and bag sealing, with premade, wicketed bags.

The AEF-7 single lane bulk and dribble linear scale netweigh filler is manufacturer rated for fills from 1/2 ounce to 10 lbs, with rigidized / dimpled (non stick) stainless steel surfaces.

The Weighpack Zippy Bagger automatically indexes premade wicketed bags, opening and holding them to accept fills from the scale, then sealing the bag, and is manufacturer rated for up to 30 cycles per minute on bags from 6" to 16" wide, 8" to 20" high, of 3 mil or thicker material.

Both the filler and the bag indexer / sealer are constructed for food grade sanitary packing applications, with stainless steel product contacts and stainless steel shrouding.

A 6" diameter by 30 inch long constant auger with a constant flight depth of 1.25" with close tolerances to a 360 degree screen cage with 1/8" diameter perforated screen. A pneumatically operated pressure-plate discharge controls operating pressure and solids dryness.

All sanitary food grade stainless steel constuction, with hinged clean-in-place cages that open without tools for fast and easy cleaning. 7.5 HP 230/460 volt 3 phase 60 Hz belt drive motor.
