Presently set with a 16-blade Microslice cutting head manufactuer rated for .04" (1mm), or approx 3/64" flat slices. Manufacturer offers a wide variety of interchangeable cutting wheels to produce a wide range of coin cut / flat slices, krinkle slices, oval shreds, and julienne cuts on products such as potatoes, plantains, celery, asparagus, beans, pepers, lettuce, bread sticks, carrots, casava, zucchini, chicken tenders, wieners, citrus peel, extruded products, pickles, pepperoni, and many others. Wash tank measures 25" wide by 94" long by 12" deep, with a removable bottom screen at 10"depth, of 1/8" rods with 1/4" openings. After 5' product travel in water, a 24" wide x 84" long stainles steel wire woven elevating belt of fine stainless steel mesh, with 2" high cleats on approximately 13" centers, running between 7" high stainless steel sides, elevates product out of the wash tank. The conveyor is powered by a 1/2HP 208/230/460 volt 3 phase variable speed drive. Three stainless steel spray bars over the tank and one over the discharge conveyor both help submerge, agitate, and rinse the product, with the assistance of a 3HP 230/460 volt 3 phase centrifugal recirculation pump, plumbed with sanitary Triclamp connections to pull water from the discharge end. On 6" tall casters, this dip-tank / washer tank has a 30" infeed height. The discharge has a bolted-on (removable) discharge assembly with a pair of 10" diameter discharge spouts at a 41" discharge height, with a lever-operated diverter baffle settable for one side or the other to be open, or both to be open. If the twin spout discharge were removed, discharge height would be 62". Food grade stainless steel construction, including tubular stainless steel support frame / legs. Conveyor in hinge mounted and has two pneumatic powered cylinders to tilt the conveyor up out of the tank at the infeed end for cleaning. Late model configuration, with an automatic scoring section which has powered circular knives on spindles, so you simply meter the onions into the infeed hopper, instead of having to handle each one to score the outer layer(s). The topper-tailer butt cutting section has the new style "V-type" holders for faster, easier hand placement to the onion trimmer than clamps. The finalblow/peel section has rollers which spin the onions over an air header to gently blow the epidermal layers off the onions. Intralox type belt with 2 3/8" high cleats on 8" centers runs between 4" high sides. Stainless steel food grade sanitary washdown construction, including stainless steel shrouded 1HP 110 volt single phase (standard household current) motor. Previously used as a discharge and takeaway conveyor for a vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) bagger, and infeed conveyor for a metal detector. Click picture to enlarge!	TWO-STATION BAGGING TABLE. All stainless steel. With (2) 30lb electronic wash down over/under type scales, each with remote readout heads mounted at eye level. Each filling station consists of a 6.25" diameter filling tube equipped with a removable (can be replaced with larger or smaller funnel for different bag sizes) filling funnel, and equipped with a pneumatic bag holder. Beneath the bag holder is a 10" by 10" weigh cell platform which is adjustable to accomodate different bag heights. The bagging table is 40" long by 5'9" wide and has sides that taper from 14" high at the back down to 6" high at the front. Operator hangs the bag on the filling funnel and engages the bag holder by pressing a button. The operator then pulls product from the table into the filling tube until the proper weight is made (and can easily remove a bit of product if needed). The operator then disengages the bag holder and removes the bag, puts a new bag in place, and the process is repeated. WILDEN Saniflow VC-6 STAINLESS STEEL FOOD PUMP, for USDA SANITARY handling of DELICATE SOLIDS.

This pneumatically powered solids handling very low-shear pump has a 6" diameter body, with 4"diameter Triclamp inlet/outlet connections. All stainless steel USDA-sanitary compliant food grade materials and construction, with no motors and only two moving parts.

Manufacturer rated for gentle, shear-sensitive handling of whole berries, pie fillings, mashes, pomaces, meats, concentrates, cheese curds, sauces, pet foods, soups, sauces, chiles, fillings, mixed vegetables, emulsions, fish and seafoods, and other such products, including abrasive products, from whole muscle meats to whole fruits and vegetables, to waste.

The VC-6 model is rated for handling solids up to 4" in diameter, with little or no water required, with variable pressure / variable flow (variable speed) to 45 gallons per minute maximum flow rate. This self-priming pump is also manufacturer rated for a maximum suction lift capability of 685.8mm/27"hg, and 33 meters /30.6 ft of water.

Similar in some functional characteristics to a diaphragm pump, but a revolutionary design which is much simpler mechanically, much easier to clean / and more sanitary, while allowing for DELICATE PRODUCT HANDLING, with large product clearances in an economical package.
