motion TRAY ERECTOR / PACKER / WRAPPER SYSTEM,
manufacturer rated for up to 60 trays per minute maximum throughput
capacity (depending on product and pack characteristics, stacked case
applications run slower). Consists of the following components: - Infeed lane conveyor.
- Tray Former/ Packer Model TS-60-RC. - Tray Double Stacker Model TD-5. - Bundler/ Wrapper Model 60-28W. - Heat Shrink Tunnel Model 60-28T. All individual component parts are complete with operator controls, including a touchscreen control system on the packer, a touchpad control on the wrapper, and an Allen Bradley SLC-500 PLC system controller. making angled coin cuts of oblong vegetables. 45degree angled head,
powered by a 2HP 3 phase drive, integrated with
a factory safety interlock system with factory stainless steel control
box. 3" wide by 8' long infeed belt driven by a 1HP 3 phase drive.
Currently set up with 16 blade cutting head for 1/4", 1/2" and 1"
cuts. Mfg rates for crosscut bias slicing of elongated products
including pickles, carrots, celery, rhubarb, okra, potatoes,
squash, etc, up to 2.5" in diameter or width. Other cutting setups may

side scrapers, on stainless steel bridge, with 10HP 230/460 volt 3
phase drive motor. All stainless steel vessel and agitator drive
support bridge, painted steel A-frame support. The steam jacket has
been hydrostatically pressure tested to assure no leaks, while the

DUMPING STATION WITH ELEVATING PUCK CONVEYOR / TUBULAR DRAG CHAIN AEROMECHANICAL ELEVATOR
CONVEYOR. 30" wide by 20" long by 30" deep receiving hopper
withpouring grid. A 5" diameter powered auger at the bottom of the
hopper feeds an elevating disk chain "tubeveyor" configured for a
vertical lift: 3" diameter conveyor tube and pucks. Can be set at any
angle, up to approximately 14' discharge height in the vertical
position. 6"diameter discharge tube set for right-angle discharge from
the perspective of the bag dump infeed. Complete with 1/4 HP 230/460
volt 3 phase base mounted common drive powering both the auger and
elevator. All stainless steel product contacts, stainess steel support
frame. The tube-flo conveyor design provides for totally enclosed dust
and contamination free handling. Manufacturer information rates as
capable of conveyor hot, cold, wet, or dry materials, but we most

steel search head enclosure with digital operator controls. The
detection head is mounted on a stainless steel through-conveyor with a
12" wide by 67" long interlocking plastic chain type belt, presently
set for a 33" working height with adjustable legs and casters. The
metal detector head and belt conveyor are integrated for
belt-stop-reject with the 110 volt single phase (US standard household
