STAINLESS STEEL IMMERSION WASHER.
48" wide by 13' long by 33" deep tapered wash tank with full length
bottom dishcarge conveyor. Approximately 11' length of product travel
in water. The tank tapers to a 24" wide full-length conveyor with a
plastic interlocking chain (Intralox style) type belt, with 1/8" wide
sieve openings, and 1" high by 12" wide cleats on 33 inch
centers. Comes complete with a 1HP variable speed conveyor drive,
and a 1/2HP STAINLESS STEEL PUMP with recirculation pipes and

SANITARY STAINLESS STEEL VACUUM / GAS-FLUSH BAG FILLER-SEALER. Gates
Automation model WW2K-EZ, manufacturer rated for pre-made wicketed
bags, including gusseted bottom bags, zip-lock / reclosable bags,
stand-up pouches, etc, from 3-15" wide and up to 21" long, with 10
minute bag change overs, and speeds of up to 20 bags per minute pulling
vacuum, or up to 30 bags per minute for atmospheric sealing. Complete
with onboard vacuum pump, vacuum tank, and nitrogen expansion tank for
modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) applications. Includes a bag
trimmer with trim-material catch bin. Food grade, USDA sanitary

BOCK / NORTH STAR "MAESTRO" WEDGER, WEDGER/
CORER. Two operators feed 12 intermittent rotary feed cups by
hand, orienting the product as they place it. The machine carries the
product behind safety-interlock (push to stop) guards to a pair of
push-thru cutting stations where powered interchangable plungers force
the product through (matching) interchangable cutting grids. This
machine includes cutting grids and plungers for 12 wedge and 14 wedge
w/ 3/4" coring cuts. Unit is food grade sanitary stainless steel
construction, including tubular stainless steel stand with adjustable
feet, which is currently set to position the machine at a 39" working
height. Pneumatic operation requires 80psi / 1cfm compressed air, and

NOVUS CONCEPT 3 X-RAY INSPECTION SYSTEM,
with 6" high by 15" wide aperture, and 14" wide through conveyor with
push arm REJECT device. Manufacturer rated for metal detection, foreign
matter detection of bones, glass and other tramp materials, finding
product pinched in bag seals, product piece counting and verification,
checkweighing, and even sorting of product to separate different
products from mixed product lines; at speeds of up to 200 feet per
minute conveyor speed, or 600 packages per minute (depending on
product, package, and application). Manufacturer recommended for dry
product applications only. Complete with PLC controls with safety

REEL / SLIVER REMOVER REEL. 18" dia by 36" long reel consisting
of 5/16" round rods with 5/16" sieve openeings. 33.25" infeed height
and 27" discharge height. Flat/ removable bottom catch pan.
Previously used for grading, removing fines, and slivers, but
could easily be configured for use as a tumble wash reel. 115/230 volt

TWO-STATION BAGGING TABLE. All
stainless steel. With (2) 30lb electronic wash down over/under type
scales, each with remote readout heads mounted at eye level. Each
filling station consists of a 6.25" diameter filling tube equipped with
a removable (can be replaced with larger or smaller funnel for
different bag sizes) filling funnel, and equipped with a
pneumatic bag holder. Beneath the bag holder is a 10" by 10" weigh cell
platform which is adjustable to accomodate different bag heights. The
bagging table is 40" long by 5'9" wide and has sides that taper from
14" high at the back down to 6" high at the front. Operator hangs the
bag on the filling funnel and engages the bag holder by pressing a
button. The operator then pulls product from the table into the filling
tube until the proper weight is made (and can easily remove a bit of
product if needed). The operator then disengages the bag holder and
removes the bag, puts a new bag in place, and the process is repeated. As of this writing, we have (2) units IN STOCK NEW and available for immediate shipment! JMC BAG FILLER / SEALER, Model WBS-0715. A
fully automatic bagger designed to fill PREMADE wicketed bags,
accepting fill from most types of feeding devices (e.g. scale,
volumetric fill head, etc), shake the bag to settle the
product, compress the bag to squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag
with an integral heat sealer. Will accept hand feeding when equipped
with a foot pedal. All sanitary stainless steel construction /
USDA
listed bagger manufacturer
rated for "bag face size range" from 8" to 15" and fills from 1 to 40
lbs at speeds up to 20 bags per minute, with gentle product handling,
and fast tool-free bag changeover. PLC with touch screen control.
Temperature and speed controlled seal head complete with pneumatic
scrap removal and bag top trimmer. 110 volt single phase

1 through 6 mills, and recommends for a wide range of applications from

GORING
KERR DSP 2 DIGITAL DROP THROUGH
METAL DETECTOR with REJECT DIVERTER, 5" diameter by 24" long plastic
drop-thru tube through an epoxy painted aluminum detection head
with 6" diameter aperture. The drop-thru tube leads to a Goring Kerr
model 402 stainless steel pneumatically actuated reject system. 3' drop
from infeed to product discharge. 5" square product and reject
discharge openings, with reject discharge facing to the right (as
perceived by someone standing at the control panel position). Head,
controls, and reject system all mounted on a stainless steel frame. 110
volt single phase electrical input. Note: The head comes mounted in a
stainless steel frame, but the stainless steel angle leg floor stand
shown in the pictures is something we use to set these on for

WILDEN Saniflow VC-6 STAINLESS STEEL FOOD
PUMP, for USDA SANITARY handlling of DELICATE SOLIDS. This pneumatically powered solids handling very low-shear pump has a 6" diameter body, with 4"diameter Triclamp inlet/outlet connections. All stainless steel USDA-sanitary compliant food grade materials and construction, with no motors and only two moving parts. Manufacturer rated for gentle, shear-sensitive handling of whole berries, pie fillings, mashes, pomaces, meats, concentrates, cheese curds, sauces, pet foods, soups, sauces, chiles, fillings, mixed vegetables, emulsions, fish and seafoods, and other such products, including abrasive products, from whole muscle meats to whole fruits and vegetables, to waste. The VC-6 model is rated for handling solids up to 4" in diameter, with little or no water required, with variable pressure / variable flow (variable speed) to 45 gallons per minute maximum flow rate. This self-priming pump is also manufacturer rated for a maximum suction lift capability of 685.8mm/27"hg, and 33 meters /30.6 ft of water. Similar in some functional characteristics to a diaphragm pump, but a revolutionary design which is much simpler mechanically, much easier to clean / and more sanitary, while allowing for DELICATE PRODUCT HANDLING, with large product clearances in an economical package.
