	SOLBERN MODEL PTF-DPL TUMBLE FILLER. LONG FRAME variant of the "Delicate Product" version of the versatile model Solbern PTF; --with a 40" long drum. All stainless steel construction. Complete with 230/460 volt 3 phase variable speed drives, one for each of drum, in-drum shaker, and through-conveyor. Includes a load cell on the filler with a relay control regulating a SOLBERN vibratory product infeed conveyor with 12" wide x 60" long rod bed with 1/4" sieve. In stock in excellent condition, available for timely shipment. 	SOLBERN PTF-GP GRANULAR PRODUCT TUMBLE FILLER, for powder and particulate products such as spices, kernel corn, peas, etc. Includes a 10' long thru-conveyor with double gripper belt infeed, de-ioninzing anti-static system, and air nozzle blow-off nozzles at discharge. Came with optional feed pan for filling stick product (e.g. cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans). Complete with operator controls panel, feed level control system, and variable speed drives. 	SOLBERN VOLUMETRIC TRANSFER TUMBLE FILLER, Model TPTF-DP. This is the Portion Control / Volumetric Transfer version of the versatile Solbern PTF tumble filler. This model uses the same rotating drum design of all Solbern Tumble Fillers with the exception that the containers to be filled do not travel through the tumble drum. Instead a continuous loop of replacable volumetric transfer cups are filled as they pass through the drum and then discharge into containers passing on an external conveyor. This design allows for extremely accurate volumetric and "piece" filling, independent of container size or material. All stainless steel construction. Includes both solid & 3/16" perforated drum covers. There are 230/460v variable speed drives on drum, conveyor shaker, conveyor & container timing screw with solid state variable speed controls. Has an automatic lubrication system and load/weigh cells on the drum, and is in stock in EXCELLENT condition available for timely shipment. Top infeed chute to 46.5" wide x 9.5" long infeed opening leading to a four vane rotary infeed valve, feeding to an 8'6" HEAT section and 8'6" HOLD section. We generally maintain a stock of CORNELL FOOD PUMPS configured with vortex infeed tanks and drives ready for immediate shipment. We can configure the drives to your horesepower, pulley ratio, or configure with variable speed drives, to meet the point on the pump curve you specify. STANDARD CONFIGURATIONS shown below. We stock BOTH standard volute, and expanded volute models in BOTH sizes (4" and 6"). As an authorized Cornell pump dealer, we can custom-order any Cornell pump to meet your need.. 	CORNELL 4" EXPANDED VOLUTE FOOD PUMP WITH STAINLESS STEEL VORTEX TANK AND DRIVE. Cornell model 4NMPP-F5K 4" diameter inlet/outlet cast iron food pump flange-connected to a new stainless steel tapered vortex infeed tank; 30" long by 21" wide by 19" deep with 2" NPT drain and flanged 4" diameter inlet and outlet. Complete with new 5 HP 208/230/460 volt 3 phase fixed speed belt and pulley drive with stainless steel belt guard. Pump, tank,and drive all mounted on a new tubular stainless steel support frame. Pump manufacturer literature rates this hydro pump and drive combination for approximately 135 gpm at 55 ft head; pump curve data is available for other head and RPM factors. Cornell's patented "expanded volute" makes for even gentler product handling than the "standard volute" model. This pump carries a two-year manufacturer warranty. NEW! 	CORNELL 6" EXPANDED VOLUTE FOOD PUMP WITH STAINLESS STEEL VORTEX TANK and 7.5HP DRIVE. Cornell model 6NHPP-F16K 6" diameter inlet / outlet cast iron pump coupled to a stainless steel tapered bottom feed tank 41" long by 33" wide by 19" deep; at a 35" product infeed height, with a 18.5" height to center of return flange. Tank has a 2" inner diameter NPT threaded (female) cleanout drain near the return flange end, at a 14.5" discharge height. Pump and tank are mounted on a tubular stainless steel frame in common with a 7.5HP 1,765 RPM 208/230/460 volt 3 phase drive. According to manufacturer literature (pump curve available on request) capable of approximately 500 gallons per minute at 55 foot head with solids handling ability for product up to 4" diameter by 6" length.
