 Thank You Megan and Clare!
The PTA and the Oak Grove Foundation would like to extend a very special "Thank-you!" to Megan Bielema and Clare Roath, co-chairs of the Teacher Apprecation / Hospitality Committee. They arranged a wonderful "Welcome Back!" breakfast for our teachers on their first day back to work. They also helped to welcome new parents to Oak Grove by coordinating the New Parent Breakfast on the first day school. Both events were very appreciated and a great success!

Boosterthon Co-Chair Needed
The Boosterthon Fun Run is coming up very soon and we're looking for a co-chair to work with Danielle Goselin on this important fundraiser.
Over the past 2 years, money raised through Boosterthon has allowed the PTA to purchase our beautiful marquee, an upgraded sound system for the cafeteria, the new shades in the cafeteria, and our awesome track. If you are interested in co-chairing this committee, please contact Danielle Goselin (dgoselin@gmail.com). |

 Quick Reminders
- Each year, schools are required to distribute information about the certification and "highly qualified" status of each teacher in the school. At Oak Grove, our staff is 100% highly qualified. Read our letter here... Parent Right to Know Letter
- Please be respectful of all of our families at Oak Grove by either leaving your dog(s) at home or standing with your leashed dog on the front sidewalk by the white picket fence for arrival and dismissal. We have many children who are very afraid of dogs and some who are highly allergic. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable coming to and from our school.
- Our special area teachers (art, music, PE), don't have homerooms and therefore don't send out school supply lists. However, these teachers still need hand sanitizer, paper-towels, Clorox wipes, and Kleenex for their classrooms. If you are able, please send in any of the above. Supplies can be taken directly to the special area teacher.
