> A wonderful time was had by all Oak Grove students participating in the Sagamore Hills Math Tournament on Saturday, January 21st. The 4th/5th grade team took first place in the team ciphering event! Look for a mid-week update from Dr. Neely later this week that will list all participants and honors earned. Mr. Nick Kuefler coached the third graders while Dr. Laura Neely coached the fourth and fifth graders.

Planning was successfully completed by fourth grade Social Studies teacher Moneke Fields in partnership with parent Kendall Xides. The entire day was funded by the Oak Grove Foundation for a BIG IDEAS grant! The students had a fun and engaging day of hands-on learning. Thank you to the teachers, parents, and the Foundation for helping make the day a success! (Check out @oakgroveelem on Twitter for pictures of the events.)
