First Week Reminders

You are welcome to walk your child to the classroom during the first week of school. Starting the second week, students will enter the building and walk to class independently.

2  Students will report directly to class on Monday & Tuesday upon arrival. Starting Wednesday, students arriving before 7:35am will wait in the cafeteria before going to the classroom.

3  Please obey all parking and traffic signs when visiting Oak Grove. Arrival begins at 7:00am. The tardy bell rings at 7:45am.

4  Dismissal will take a few minutes longer the first week of school. We go slowly to ensure that each child gets to the correct destination and arrives home safely.

5  Start planning now to carpool, walk, ride bikes, or ride the bus. You'll save money on gas, create less pollution, and wait in shorter carpool lines.

Please consider whether you can help with any of these supplies.  You can send them with your child or drop them off at the front office (marked with the teacher's name).  Thanks!
