We hosted our biggest Christmas Party EVER -- and lived to tell the tale! Please enjoy the pictures, and even more on our Shutterfly site. You've never seen so many ginormous inflatable jumpies, and so many bullriding crazies in one place in your life! Thank you to all who helped our CLS family kick off the Holiday spirit in high horse style!
Now for the important things: SHOPPING! Don't forget to check out the CLS Tack Shop for Christmas goodies for the horse lover on your list. Those fantastic CLS vests are now in too! And so are sassy riding gloves in the coolest colors, a whole new shipment of wild-colored helmets and sparkly whips!!! As we prepare for New Years, pray for us. As of Jan. 1, 2012 we will go totally LIVE with our new scheduling/billing system. Our trial over the last few weeks has been awesome. Thanks for your patience as we've worked out some kinks. Now, everybody hold your mouths just right . . . and cross your fingers, and legs, and eyes, 'cause here we go . . . We love each of you. Thanks for being part of the best barn family in the world.  CLS Welcomes New Show Horse Rider Merrick Semans!
It was a sister act -- and both Carver and Merrick were bawling! Oh how we love a show horse surprise!
Congratulations to Merrick Semans, who was surprised with Heir's Intoxication, aka Tipsy. Tipsy had been her sister, Carver's mount. And we aren't sure which sister was more emotional! As usual, Ms. Parker was crying more than everybody!

 CLS Show Horse Rider Carver Semans Gets A 1,000 Pound Surprise! After the Tipsy surprise, in walks I'm Good, aka Scooter, a present for Miss Carver. Carver and Scooter will show in the Juvenile 5-Gaited Show Pleasure Division in 2012.
Congratulations sweet girl! Poor Bill Semans . . . When we get little Mac riding, he'll have to buy yet another horse - bless his heart . . . |

 CLS Show Horse Rider Jozy Unal Gets a New Horse!
Little Jozy had been praying for Sultan's Tijuana, aka Tommy, for months. Saving her money. Spending hours in his stall loving him and sharing her secrets.
Then the week before the Christmas party, Tommy disappeared -- sold to someone else. What a brave girl Jozy was.
She didn't find out till the Christmas party that the "someone else" who bought Tommy was her parents!

Four More Days to Bring In Toys, Clothes, School Supplies and Gifts for the Orphanage in Ghana.
Now through December 20, we'll be collecting items to send to children at the orphanage in Ghana that CLS has adopted. You can help by collecting things t hat you don't need anymore and bring them to us!
New(ish) toys that the kids don't play with anymore, shirts and pants (in great shape) that your crew has grown out of -- we'd like it all! New items like underwear, soap, socks, toiletries, etc. are welcome and appreciated, too. Just bring it by the office. And thanks!
Also, Ms. Parker and Ms. Medge (Jozy's Mama) are planning the barn's mission trip in July 2012 to the orphanage in Ghana. If you ar interested in receiving information about joining us, please email Ms. Parker and your name will be added to our contact list.
