Greetings!
Greetings!
We hope this message finds you well and enjoying this warm weather as summer seems to fly by us all!
Please find below a list of important Neighborhood Health Plan updates. |
A New PCP Report! |
In response to providers request, we are pleased to announce a new monthly report of seven months old members for whom NHP has received less than three well-child visit claims between birth to six months of age.
This report will assist PCPs in identifying infants who may not be on track to receive the total well-child visits recommended during the first 15 months of age. Check your inbox in the next few days when we will confirm the new report's availability.
We value your feedback on whether you find our clinical reports helfpul.

Hospital Admissions Report Now Available |
The most recent NHP Quarterly Hospital Admissions Report has been posted. This report lists all members who received inpatient services at a facility, allowing for a 90 days lag for greater accuracy.
Please share this information with relevant staff as you deem appropriate. To view your report now, click here to login to your NHPNet account. |
Provider Payment Guideline Updates |
The following Provider Payment Guidelines have been recently developed or revised and are now available:
* please review changes specific to reimbursement of codes 99053 and 99058 in addition to other codes no longer covered
** please review coverage exclusions list
For revised payment guidelines, please refer to the last page of each guideline for additional details on the scope of changes.
