In a previous issue we informed you of our plans to provide paperless options for accessing the weekly NHP Explanation of Payment (EOP) via our provider portal NHPNet.
Over the last few months we've provided a pilot segment of our network with a searchable PDF version of our EOPs allowing a preview of the adjudicated claims information within well in advanced of the paper EOP arriving in their offices!
Feedback has been extremely positive and we are pleased to inform you that we are now ready to extend this to our entire network. Watch your email over the next few days for additional information. |

Our 2010 Provider Satisfaction Survey should have arrived in your email box earlier this week. We are delighted with results thus far and thank those of you who took a few minutes to let us know how we may better serve you.
If you haven't yet, it's not too late! The survey takes between 5-7 minutes to complete and provides you with an opportunity to share with us your perspective on many components of doing business with NHP.

| 2010 Site-based Member Satisfaction Survey
|

As part of our continued partnership with network providers on joint quality improvement opportunities, each year we collaborate with a randomly selected segment of our provider community on a survey to assess satisfaction with received care. Our survey focuses on specific components of the patient experience including:
- Access to care
- Courtesy of staff
- Communication with clinicians
The survey is very user-friendly and generic in nature such that participating practice sites have the opportunity to assess the satisfaction levels of all patients to whom they provide care, not just NHP members.
Our Provider Relations staff will visit selected sites within the next few days to supply them with the survey collection tools and provide an overview of how NHP will support them during the survey period.
We thank these sites in advance for their anticipated collaboration and look forward to meeting in the fall to review results and discuss joint opportunities.
