City South Auto Body is not your typical body shop; we are Spokane's premiere body shop. We are located on Spokane's South Hill, the only body shop on the South Hill. Under new ownership since January 2009, the partners and office staff have worked together for 14 years. We are committed to providing you a pleasant experience from start to finish. We are committed to working for you by making your collision repair experience as straightforward as possible. We have established positive business relationships with virtually every insurance company. Our ability to "cut through the red tape", our commitment to serving you and the sheer size and organization of our facility ensures a smoother, faster repair process.
City South Auto Body boasts over 20,000 square feet of space to serve you. From the moment you step into the front office, you know you are not in your typical body shop. The front office is fresh and spacious with a comfortable waiting area, a children's nook, and a large front counter with work spaces made available to insurance adjusters. 5,000 square feet is dedicated to a heavy hit center fully equipped with the latest high-tech equipment necessary for the expert repair of your vehicle. We use Duz-Mor frame straightening racks, Hein-Werner ultrasound measuring and diagnostic equipment, as well as premium quality line welders and electrical analysis equipment. Another 7,500 square feet is dedicated to a full service body & fender center. Separation allows for a more complete tear down analysis and increases productivity. Less intense repairs can be completed in mass without interruption. Fluid movement between the body center and heavy hit center allows for more precise repairs in less time. The Prep and Paint center consist of 6,000 square feet fully equipped with computerized paint mixing chambers and downdraft spray booths by Nova Verta. Our personnel are thoroughly tested and trained on the use of our equipment and its exacting application in the repair process. We believe strongly that skilled craftsmen and the right tools are the key to quality repairs. We gladly welcome you to ask for a tour to inspect our facility, our equipment and our technicians.
We offer direct repair for several insurance companies and accept all insurance work. While it's not easy to turn an accident into a simple service experience, our staff is trained to do just that. You will have piece of mind knowing that our warranty, is a lifetime warranty. City South Auto Body's industry best warranty protects you anywhere in the U.S. and Canada for as long as you own your vehicle.

Preventing a Money Disaster-After a Disaster
Uh- oh. A pipe breaks and floods your basement. Bad enough, right? But if you can't prove the value of what was destroyed in an accident (or what was stolen in the case of theft), things could get even worse. Having an inventory of your goods - along with supporting materials, such as photographs and receipts - to present to your homeowner's insurance company is crucial. Find a handy chart to learn how to document your valuables properly and read the rest of the article from RealSimple.com.

Manager's Corner - from Scott Jones, CEO
I was in a continuing education class recently that talked about the importance of organizational ethics and social responsibility. Both of these, if done well, can help a company build a good reputation, which is the trust, goodwill, and confidence customers have in a company.
One of the many things I am proud of here at Fidelity is our unwavering belief in doing the right thing for our stakeholders and giving back to our communities. The generations before us have been great mentors and role models for all of us here today at Fidelity.
I recently asked my teammates to let me know what they are currently doing that others would consider socially responsible. Here are just a few things that I learned:
- Steve Blaschke is an adult Sunday school teacher at his church and active in the Spokane Association of Health Underwriters.
- Laurie Stewart serves on committees for the Spokane Archdiocese.
- Karen Munsey is in the board of the Spokane Insurance Associates.
- Tom Schweifler is a Spokane South Rotary member and coaches a youth soccer team.
- Kim Krogh serves on an allocation panel for the United Way and serves on the board of the Independent Agents and Brokers of Washington.
- Veronica Bergeron is a Woman of Faith Group Leader.
- Mary Lemon is facilitating a Confidence while Communicating class.
- Chris Carothers, Ben Lyman, Tom Schweifler, Craig Jones and I are all Hoopfest volunteers.
- Craig Jones and I were volunteers in March at the NCAA Women's 2nd round basketball tournament in Spokane. We had the pleasure of hosting the North Carolina Tarheels.
- Bob Pate is the head baseball coach at St. Georges School, and Craig Jones is an assistant football coach at Lewis and Clark High School.
- I serve on the Inland Northwest Community Foundation Board, the Hoopfest Operating Committee, and the Epicurean Delight Steering Committee.
These are just a few of the places and ways we continue to be socially responsible. I believe we actively embrace the need to behave in socially responsible ways. Why? Because it is the right thing to do!
