State Protection Services - Client Spotlight

State Protection Services is a private, professional security company which was founded in Spokane in 1997.  This homegrown company is owned by Major & Corinna Bambino, Harry & Shawn Sladich and Steve Stevens.

State Protection ServicesWe started as a company who primarily provided one service, off-duty uniformed Washington State Patrol Troopers to individuals and companies who requested a higher level of security and protection.  As the years progressed we had numerous requests from our clients to offer other services such as standard Security Officers (unarmed), mobile patrols, executive protection and to oversee the moving of precious assets from "point A to point B".

Today State Protection Services employs over 80 full time employees and hundreds of part time police officers.  SPS offers a variety of private security options , such as the ones mentioned above along with our signature off-duty WSP Troopers (uniformed or plainclothes) .  We can customize any security package to fit your need as security services must be sustainable and show that they work for you and your budget.  Our Chief Operating officer, Corinna Bambino oversees an office staff of 13 who manage all operations in Washington along with asset escorts in dozens of States across the country.

Our mission statement is simple:  "The tireless protection of our customers, their assets, and their futures."  We take that statement very seriously and have been successful because of it.

We screen all our employees, insist on professional attire and our equipment is clean and well kept.  We are proud of the company we have built and because we live here, we strive to make it simply the best security company in the region.  To learn more about our services please visit our website at www.stateprotect.comor call us at (509) 893-9151.

State Protection Services is also very involved with our community and we sponsor many youth sports teams, support the Boys & Girls Club of Spokane County, the Children's Miracle Network and many more.  It is our youth who will eventually become our leaders and we want to invest in that future.

We realize that business succeeds because of great relationships and we have many of those, including a very important one with Fidelity Associates.  Our business requires exceptional coverage and guarantees to our customers, and we could not have grown our business to this level without their help.

Do I Need Separate Rental Car Insurance?

Properly insuring a rental car can be confusing, frustrating and downright daunting. Unfortunately, many consumers do not even think about car rental insurance until they get to the counter, which can result in costly mistakes - either wasting money by purchasing unnecessary coverage or having dangerous gaps in coverage.

Before renting a car, the Insurance Information Institute suggests that you make two phone calls: one to your insurance agent, and another to the credit card company you will be using to pay for the rental car.

For questions to ask your agent and credit card company, explanations of coverages you might be offered at the rental car counter, and other things to consider, read the full article from iii.org
