Founded in 1985, Catered for You has been under the ownership of Chef Romeo Herrera and his wife and business partner, Linette Herrera, for nearly ten years. Catered for You specializes in wedding receptions, business events, formal galas, and social gatherings. Chef Romeo is the Executive Chef and CEO of Catered For You, Inc. With over 30 years of professional culinary experience, Chef Romeo brings his genuine passion for food and the art of cooking to his catering business. Catered For You offers an extraordinary selection of menus, each customized to the particular tastes and goals of the client. Chef Romeo leads an outstanding culinary team who share the goal of providing exceptional foods for every event produced. Menus include an unlimited selection of international and ethnic offerings, as well as traditional American and local favorites. All special requests are gladly accommodated.
Linette Herrera is the VP/CFO, and the business engine that drives the successful operation of this family-owned small business. Linette's experience in business, technology, and event management has been the perfect complement to the creation of the region's largest off-premise caterer in the Spokane region. Mrs. Herrera leads a team of Event Coordinators who provide years of experience in all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, assistance with décor, floor plans, and timelines, and the coordination of many other services as each event requires. Catered for You's Event Coordinators guide the client with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.

Cooking Classes are regularly offered in the spring and fall. Chef Romeo entertains food enthusiasts with a multiple course meal, while teaching techniques and tricks of the trade that students are able to use in their own kitchens. Account Executive who works with both Personal and Commercial Insurance and specializes in accounts that are in need of Professional Liability or Errors and Omissions Liability coverage. Kim has been in the business for over 25 years, starting as a typist with a local insurance company and moving through the ranks at various insurance agencies. In 1996 she joined her mom's agency, Jan Krogh Insurance in the Spokane Valley as her business partner. In 2001 Kim and Jan merged with Fidelity Associates and Kim has found her home.
