What would
Pete do?
10 ways to celebrate Tchaikovsky's birthday

  1. Feed a swan.  (Check out the Arboretum.)
  2. Shoot a cannon. (With a camera, silly!)
  3. Left your cannon in the car?  Just Swingle the 1812.
  4. Learn to play Spades, then battle like a Queen.
  5. Write a letter to a Beloved Friend.
  6. Practice your pirouettes -- See if you can do 7 in a row.  (Or, buy some from Pepperidge Farm.)
  7. Call MGM Studios' DVD Line at 888-223-2369 and ask them to release Ken Russell's film, The Music Lovers (1971), on DVD.
  8. Wear pink -- tutu optional.
  9. Take a quiz and see how much you know about him.
  10. Write a thank you note to Google for paying attention.
