Greetings!

Many of you have been asking when the next Boot Camp session is going to start and have been waiting anxiously! Don't miss out on this challenge.  Summer time is right around the corner...get yourself ready for the swimsuit season!  Our 6 Week Challenge has been such a success for so many of our participants.  Here are some of the statistics from one of our challenges:

  

  • One participant was only able to complete 7 correct sit-ups in 1 minute upon beginning the program and increased that amount to 32!
  • Another participant was only able to complete 18 push-ups in 1 minute upon beginning the program and increased that amount to 53!
  • Almost every participant reduced their run time for 1.5 miles by 2 minutes!

This six week program is guaranteed to build your endurance, increase muscle strength and stimulate weight loss!  The types of exercises done in boot camp will provide you with a total body workout.

 

We will meet for one hour 3 times per week for a total of 6 weeks.  We will kick it off with a fitness assessment to create a foundation for setting goals. 

 

We will be setting short term and long term goals and are sure that you will see a great improvement by the end of the 6 weeks!
