Give the Guy a Break, Will Ya?
It is not difficult to understand the enduring appeal of the Chuck Jones characters, Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner. Referenced in university philosophy courses, used as inspiration by the automobile industry, and compared (favorably) to the work of Georgia O'Keefe, there is no doubt that the pair of desert-dwelling denizens are, deservedly so, icons of the golden age of animation.
The Chuck Jones Gallery is pleased to present an exclusive edition, "The Flaw of Gravity". This hand-painted (gouache on acetate) 16 field cel art edition is limited to just 25 examples and is presented on a hand-prepared background. It is only available for acquisition through October 31, 2011, after which any remaining examples will be placed in the archive. Based on the memorable sequence of Chuck Jones's 1957 "Zoom and Bored", "The Flaw of Gravity" is only the second image, since 1986's "Acme Snow Machine," to be designed as a four-panel gag.
Call or email your Chuck Jones Gallery art consultant today to reserve this historic work of art before the edition is completely sold through and no longer available. Remember your opportunity window closes on Monday, October 31st (or sooner...)
