The Live Auction being held on October 23rd during the Center's inaugural fund-raising gala,Creativity Season, will begin shortly after 8 PM.   If you would like to participate in absentia, please contact us and we'll work out the details.

1.      "Just Add Water." A Land and Sea Experience for 8 people.  What better way to spend an evening than with friends and family on a sunset cruise of Newport Harbor?  Chauffeured in an exquisite limousine to and from your home, you and 7 guests will be treated to a relaxing cruise of Newport Harbor in the "First and Finest" of electric boats, Duffy Ahoy matey!  Your excursion will be complemented by a sumptuous selection of hors d'oeuvres from Love at First Bite, all washed down with the finest in wines.  Estimated value $1500.00 Snuggling with a loved one as the sun sets over this glorious harbor tour optional.

2.      "Where the Stars Come Out to Play." From major sporting events to the biggest names in show business, Staples Center is Los Angeles' home to the stars!  Win this astronomically fabulous tour and you will be treated to a behind-the-scenes exposé of L.A.'s most important entertainment venue.  AV tech geeks raise your paddles for this one!  With the able (and I might add, brilliantly funny) guidance of Todd Kausen (the other Chuck Jones grandson) you and three (?) of your friends will spend a morning oohing and aahing over this knob and that one.  (What? It's all 'Geek' to me.) Afterward, be Todd's guest at one of his favorite dining establishments at L.A. Live. What's not to like?  Estimated value: Priceless!

3.      "Where in the World is Dora the Explorer?"  Stay Tuned because 5 young geniuses and one of their parents (parent + child for a total of 10) will soon find out as you tour the Nickelodeon Studios with "Dora" producer and one of the Chuck Jones "Dover Boys", Jeff DeGrandis.  In fact, Jeff is so looking forward to this that he's agreed to personally create a drawing for each of you. That just makes us want to shout, "Go, Diego, Go!"  Afterward, you'll enjoy lunch with Linda Jones in lovely downtown Burbank before heading home.  Estimated value:  Drawings alone valued over $7,500.00.

4.      "Eh, What's Up Doc?" You, along with seven of your nearest and dearest, will spend the day with Linda Jones and Craig Kausen as they take you on a behind-the-scenes tour of Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank.  Talk about the inside scoop! Could it get any better?  Yes, it could!  Because you'll be having lunch at the original Bob's Big Boy, across the street from the Warner Bros. Studio. French fries for everyone!  Estimated value: Priceless!

5.      "The Chuck Jones Archive Experience."  "Wait, wait, that one, yes, I'm sure, that one. But wait, what about that one?  Okay, that's the one.  Yes, I'm sure."  This may be the most difficult decision you'll ever have to make.  You're in a room with Linda Jones and Craig Kausen. They've just shown you a decade worth of vintage production art from many of your favorite Chuck Jones cartoons.  She and Craig have shared with you intimate details about Chuck's life and times, all the material that went into his amazing films.  And just when you think it couldn't get any better, Linda hands you one (1) red dot and says, "From this selection, which one would you like in your collection?"  That, my friend, is the "Chuck Jones Archive Experience," nothing more, nothing less.  My advice?  Choose wisely, but follow your heart.  Estimated value of the art alone: $5,000.00 +.

6.      "I hear children laughing."  A child's laugh is one of the sweetest sounds in the whole world. It twinkles and tickles and delights.  It brings with it a flood of good memories (and fresh ones.) Wouldn't it be wonderful if something you did was the cause of all that laughter?  Raise your paddle now and bid on the Chuck Jones Film Festival hosted by Linda Jones and/or Craig Kausen.  Whether it's for your child's school or your next company function, or any up-coming event you may have planned, this approximately 90 minute film festival will make you a star, much loved by children, aunts and the dog next door!  Estimated value: Priceless!
