HeartScape Intuitive Paintings
Aloha!
This edition of the Art of Aloha eZine is completely unscheduled. Yesterday's unexpected (yet timely) insight inspired me to write today! Here is an idea for a fun, creative, and personalized Valentine's Gift for you or someone you know.
Allow me to explain...
When I first began to "follow my heart for art", I began by doing intuitive drawings for others that I called Energy Essence Portraits. I still create them when requested, but have stopped promoting them; people requesting them, find me.
Waldorf School has asked me to paint Energy Snapshots for their fundraiser throughout the years and I always have enjoyed this task. Each "snapshot" painting is quick & beautiful, providing a snippet of information and insight for the recipient.
The idea for HeartScape Intuitive Paintings came to me yesterday in a flash of creative insight.
The painting at the top of this eZine is a HeartScape Intuitive Painting I did for Rebecca Snow. Rebecca granted me permission to share it with you. The information that accompanied the painting will have more meaning for her than it will for you, but it reads as follows:
"Life unfolds in layers, like sediments. It is good to mine the layers to find what lies beneath. The treasure is always toward the bottom of the well.
Don't give up too soon - on anything!"

 Born in Port Washington, WI and educated at the University of Wisconsin/Madison, Patrice Federspiel first visited Hawai'i in January 2000. Within five months she had found a way to quit her job, sell her home, and move to Hawai'i to paint.
Previously an oil painter, Patrice learned the joys of watercolor upon her arrival in Honolulu in June 2000. She has been painting full time ever since.
