We hope 2009 has been a successful year for you and your company. As the year comes to a close, we are sending our second issue of Reference Point newsletter which features some initiatives that CRL has been working on to better assist you, your company and your clients.
CRL has pioneered Smart Profile®, a comprehensive risk assessment process utilizing a number of client specific sources of info (e.g., age, amount, gender, medical history, etc.) to customize laboratory applicant testing and improve overall risk selection.
From a Smart Profile user - "We started using Smart Profiles mid 2008. Working in partnership with the CRL team, we customized our lab profiles for specific ages, amounts, risk needs and market segments. We quickly began to reap the benefits of Smart Profiles from a risk management perspective.
