Join us for our Take a Kid MTB Day Event!

Trips for Kids Denver and COMBA:Boy riding a mountain bike at Boulder Valley Ranch

Invites you & your daughter or son, niece or nephew, neighbor, friend or younger sister or brother age 6-14 to ride!  Unlike our regular TFKD rides, this event is open to the public and all youngsters who'd like to join the fun.

When:
Saturday, October 3, 2009. 9am-1pm

Where:
Bear Creek Lake Park (just outside of Morrison, CO). Pelican Point Shelter.
Free Park Admission to Event Participants.

What's Provided:  
Free Breakfast and Lunch, Bike Tune Ups, and Event Grab Bags.  TFKD will have a limited number of mountain bikes for young people to use, if they do not have one.  Please contact us if you'd like reserve one of our bicycles for a young person in your life.

What to bring:
  1. All riders must wear a helmet! No exceptions for adults or kids
  2. A bike in working condition with fat mountain bike tires
  3. Sunscreen & drinking water
  4. A spirit of fun and patience

*We highly encourage parents/guardians to attend this event and are welcome to bring their bike and ride along with their kid/s.

**We are currently seeking volunteers and donations for all aspects of the event.

All Friday's in October we're riding with the Third Way Center from 10am-2pm

10/19/09   Urban Peak ride from 10am-2pm. Location TBD.

We need help every Thursday at the Denver School for International Studies Bike Club.  We have 11 club members signed up this session!
