How Can We Assist You?

Families Together is currently asking the US Department of Education to re-fund our Parent Training and Information Center.  Would you take just a few minutes to tell us what you would like in the way of training and support from us?

Help Families Together continue to be funded as Kansas' Parent Training and Information Center.

We Need Your Input!

The Senate Education Committee "tabled" HB 2444 and asked that the Kansas State Board of Education address the issue after advisement from the Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC).

 

The KSBE meets Tuesday morning on April 17 at 10:30.   Would you take a few minutes to e-mail all board members your brief story?

Introduction to Medical Home Video

The  National Center for Medical Home Implementation (NCMHI) has developed a short video explaining the medical home concept of care. The video also highlights and how the NCMHI is uniquely positioned to help you ensure that every child and youth who has special health care needs has a medical home. This video is a great introduction for the medical home!
