A Question of Forgiveness

You might be surprised that the first person to forgive is yourself. Try and rid your mind and heart of feelings of anger, disappointment or sadness.
- Forgive that stranger: "Can't you control your child?"
- Forgive your friend: They may not understand your feelings of helplessness or hopelessness or feel overwhelmed by them.
- Forgive your family: Like some friends, there are a lot of close well-meaning and loving people in your life that won't understand what you are going through. Rather than feel resentment, use this time to gently educate and understand your world. Read more
