ADA Checklist for Readily Achievable Barrier Removal

Readily Achievable Barrier Removal is a Title III obligation of public accommodations, private business and nonprofits that do not receive Federal dollars.  Government facilities and facilities of Federal fund recipients are held to a higher standard* than are readily achievable and need to evaluate/consider the full scope of the 2010 standards but may use specific elements from this check list when conducting surveys and may use the  Priorities for Barrier Removal to assist in planning.

Refuse to Deal with Life. Make it Deal with You.

Josh Hanagarne

Josh Hanagarne is the (formerly) twitchy, noisy giant known as the World's Strongest Librarian. He has made great progress treating his own extreme case of Tourette's Syndrome and is now working to replicate the process with others. Now that he can sit still and be quiet, his credibility as a librarian is no longer in dispute. He believes in curiosity, questions, strength, and that things are never so bad they can't improve. You're going to believe it as well.  Join Josh as he shares his inspirational story and strategies.
