Empowering Youth for Independence: What Providers Can Do! Webinar

Providers will gain tools to help empower youth to become as independent as possible and to support individuals to do things on their own promoting independence in school, work and community living. Also brainstorm the impacts of health on transition for youth and learn to identify when children are "ready for the next step."
