Attention Middle School & Junior High Parents!

An online survey is being conducted to better understand the perceptions of and satisfaction with the transition services your child receives in middle school or junior high school, FROM YOUR PERSPECTIVE! Your child must be in 6th - 9th grade and currently receiving special education services.
