"You'll be happy to know (I certainly was!) that since my doctor's appmt. a year ago that I have lost 15 pounds!!!  I went to buy pants this week and had to buy a size smaller!!!  I've been walking mornings and often after dinner too.  It's too hot to walk outside so we've walked inside.  It's less fun but OK.  I've missed you but I feel your influence and encouragement every time I go walking."
