Greetings!
You can't just organize once and then be done with it. The regular maintenance is what keeps you on top of things. Consider designating one day a month as "Organizing Day". Schedule it on your calendar. When the day arrives give your home and your office a tune-up. Be sure to get your family on board at home for the tune-up there! Sort through the piles, thin out a few files, donate unwanted items. Make organizing your focus for the day!
