Greetings!
This is a tip to set you up for success NEXT Christmas . . . but it is something you need to think about NOW in preparation!
When you pack away your Christmas decor this year, set up a "November Box". This box will contain a couple of things that you can get out in November, before you begin your full Christmas preparations.
First of all, purchase a good size container.
Items to include in the box:
- Christmas cards
- Wrapping paper & gift bags
- Christmas paper products
- Advent/Countdown calendars
- Several Christmas decorations, eg. snowmen, nativity scenes
- Christmas music
- Christmas jewelry
Unpacking your November Box will allow you to see your quantities (cards, wrap, paper products) at the beginning of the season, and help you start to get in the Christmas spirit.
REMEMBER to pack this box last . . . it needs to be your most accessible Christmas bin!
