Dear Friends,
July was spectacular this year, especially on the 4th, when The Liberty Belle Spectacular was once again the place to be in NYC. We had an incredible time and even got a mention in The Wall St. Journal, courtesy of jazz critic Will Friedwald! In case you missed it, here's some footage of the event on YouTube.
August has already taken us to Wasablanca, which was something like the film Casablanca except performed by the city's hottest burlesque dancers. Check out Jenna Cumbo's sizzling photos of the event in Time Out NY. Then we headed to Pennsylvania to perform a Judy Garland tribute concert.
We hope you'll join us for some further August adventures, starting tonight at The Astor Room, a wonderful new supper club with an incredible history. See you all soon!
Wishing you hot music and lazy summer days, Gelber & Manning |
