WOMEN'S SPIRIT CHOIR PERFORMS SUNDAY
Unity hands

Please join us at 10 a.m. this Sunday and enjoy the Unity Women's Spirit Choir, directed by Nina Swanson. What could be a better way to celebrate Father's Day?  Guest speaker Jim Healy will give the message titled "So What's Your Story?"

FATHER'S DAY FEAST AFTER SERVICE

Corrine Fosnaugh (Barb and Kevin Krumvieda's daughter) is hosting a Father's Day Feast this Sunday after the service.  The menu is pulled pork sandwiches, vegetarian sloppy Joe sandwiches (Corrine's special recipe), cheese, fruit salad, chips, and the usual assortment of liquid refreshments. There might be some dessert too. So whet your appetites and join all the fine folk in the CommUnity Room. Help celebrate Dad's Day with some good cooking, great conversation and that special Unity fellowship.

REV. BRENDA OUT OF OFFICE THROUGH JUNE 17

Rev. brenda will be out of the office until Sunday, June 17, in order to attend the 2012 Unity Conference in Detroit. In Rev. brenda's absence, please contact Kip Lilly in the church office (393-5422) for any church-related business. Please contact Janith Griffith (389-0706) for any pastoral care needs.

UNITY SIDING WORK STARTS JUNE 16

The east side of the building has many places where the insulation is showing through to the outside. Brian Zumhof and the UCR siding crew will be fixing this wall on three Saturdays, June 16, 23 and 30, starting at 7 a.m. sharp. The first order of business is replacing any rotted areas with ½ inch plywood and wrapping all areas to be sided with Tyvek wrap. If you are interested in helping out, please contact Brian Zumhof at 319-373-0905.

SUSAN'S SUNDAY SALON, JUNE 17

All are welcome in Sacred Grounds and Books at 9 a.m. this Sunday for our monthly discussion group. Grab a chair, a cup of coffee and a pastry and engage in 45 minutes of fascinating discussion led by Licensed Unity Leader Susan Liddell. This Sunday, Susan will be discussing the fifth principle, which says we must live or demonstrate all the other four principles. How do we do this? How do we walk the "Unity walk"?

TONY BURROUGHS WORKSHOP, JUNE 17

Tony Burroughs is a bestselling author, storyteller and community maker who has been living by the Laws of Manifestation for over 25 years. On Sunday, June 17, Tony will give a "Law of Agreement" workshop at UCR from 1 - 3:15 p.m.  Learn to apply the Law of Agreement, take part in an Intender's Circle, hear uplifting stories and have a lot of fun! The cost is $20. For more information, contact Dayle Berggren at 319-538-5248.

SUMMER SOLSTICE LABRYINTH WALK, JUNE 20
