BEAUCOUP SHAKTI TO PLAY ON SUNDAY
 Please join us for this Sunday's 10 a.m. service when Beaucoup Shakti (Sharon Bousquet and Phoenix Jordan) thrill us with their guitar, keyboard and vocals. R. DeAngelis of KRUU Radio said of this duo, "Gorgeous and inspiring...Beaucoup Shakti is aural, liquid love." Rev. brenda will be delivering the message. This Sunday marks the beginning of our Easter series.

MOVIN' FOR MCAULEY, MARCH 10
Don Epley, Cory Matejka and other members of the Outreach Ministry are walking in the 9th Annual Movin' for McAuley Mall Walk on Saturday, March 10, at the Westdale Mall. Registration starts at 9 a.m. and the walk is from 10 a.m. to noon. This event is a fundraiser for the Catherine McAuley Center, which provides adult basic education and transitional housing to the community. Don Epley is planning to hand out t-shirts to members wishing to participate. If you are interested in this event, contact Don Epley at 319-624-2488 or Cory at 319-560-6710.The cost is $25. UNITY 101, MARCH 11
Do you have questions about Unity? Are you considering membership? Consider joining us for Unity 101 starting this Sunday, March 11 (11:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.) and for the following three Sundays: 3/18, 3/25 and 4/1. The class is open to anyone seeking more information about Unity. If you want to become a UCR member during the New Member service on Sunday, April 15th, you must attend all four classes. Interested? THE SINGING BODY SEMINAR, MARCH 11
Sharon Bousquet is offering "The Singing Body Seminar" in the sanctuary on Sunday, March 11, from 11:45 a.m. - 1:45 p.m. This program combines yoga, singing, breathing and movements that integrate the hemispheres of your brain. She will give a fun home routine that will free you from self-imposed, limiting beliefs about your voice and your general self-expression. The seminar is offered on a sliding scale basis ($25-$50), with multiple payment options available to all Unity members and their families. Interested participants are requested to email or call Sharon (641-980-8566) with your confirmation before March 10th, so that she can send you more information.

Just in time for the spring weather, the UCR t-shirts have arrived. Wear them at the mall, the grocery story or wherever. Pick up your shirts in the Community Room after the service this Sunday. See Sally Miller or Mark Hanna if you have any questions.
