A NOTE FROM THE DEPT. OF INTERIOR

This important ministry team has been visioning our internal environment for more than a year. The sacred space that we are creating is the result of hours and hours of brainstorming, researching, frugal shopping and creative excitement. Spring is just around the corner, and the Department of Interior is ready! We embrace your suggestions and comments--the building belongs to all of us! With that in mind, we respectfully request that you treat our sacred mission as you do all ministry teams. We are a "work in progress" and ask that you consult a team member when adding, subtracting or rearranging the sacred work that we've planned and executed. Questions? Contact Mary Beth McGuire, Glady McMellor, Pat Healy or Sharon Burrows.

T-SHIRT UPDATE

Garment Designs of Marion, IA, tells us our UCR t-shirts should be ready for distribution on or about Sunday, March 11. Look for more details in the upcoming e-news. If you have any questions about the t-shirts, see Sally Miller or Mark Hanna (319-390-7980).

The Singing Body Seminar, MARCH 11

Sharon Bousquet is offering "The Singing Body Seminar" in the sanctuary on Sunday, March 11, from 11:45 a.m. - 1:45 p.m. This program combines yoga, singing, breathing and movements that integrate the hemispheres of your brain. She will give a fun home routine that will free you from self-imposed, limiting beliefs about your voice and your general self-expression. The seminar is offered on a sliding scale basis ($25-$50), with multiple payment options available to all Unity members and their families. Interested participants are requested to email or call Sharon (641-980-8566) with your confirmation before March 10th, so that she can send you more information.
