The Siri Guru Granth Sahib
Siri Guru Granth Sahib is the Guru and it contains the Guru. What is the Guru? It is the formula for experiencing one's own divinity. Siri Guru Granth Sahib has the power to give one the experience of God because it is a Siri Guru. Here is the progression: Guru, the one who tells you the truth of the formula, and Siri Guru, the one who tells you the universality of the formula, the application of the entire applied formula. Siri Guru Granth Sahib always tells you what you need to hear in order to be able to rise above the limitations of the particular time and space. Waheguru is the ecstasy of the experience of the application of the formula. In other words, by doing what the Guru says, you experience the blessings of that.

In his teachings, Yogi Bhajan, also known as the Siri Singh Sahib of Sikh Dharma, taught that the Shabad Guru would become the guiding wisdom for people in the Aquarian Age. But what, exactly, is the Shabad Guru? How does it work? Why is it important? And where does it come from?
To understand the Shabad Guru as Yogi Bhajan talked about it, we have to first understand the life and history of a very universal spiritual sage by the name of Guru Nanak.

 When the Sirl Singh Sahib was in Germany in 1991, he dictated the following Administrator's Alphabet to his staff.
People are the most valuable asset to any business or institution, but it is always a question of how to bring out their best qualities, both for themselves and the company.
The Administrator's Alphabet helps to give guidance on how to do that.
A Administrator I am.
B I will Bounce off everybody and everybody will Bounce off me.
C I will catch but no one will catch me.
D Diplomacy works for Development.
E Efficiency, not what you deserve or desire. Not proof or profit. What you Effectively negotiate.
F is for Future. Harmoniously planning effective discipline. Rational communication will guarantee a prosperous Future.
G God, Good and Goods. Administrate with Godly qualities, with Good behavior and by creating Goods for others.
H Height. I am the scale between high and low. I am the administrator.
I I am at your service. I am at your call. I am the administrator to answer the call of duty.
