Greetings!
Lightning 2
Lightning Season is here!  Did you know that most businesses are well protected against an ordinary fire, but few have protected their electrical and electronics equipment against lightning and other types of power surges?  According to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE): studies show that many transients on the ordinary 120V line have voltages up to 5600V...these come from both external sources (lightning, power switching, accidental power line damage, etc.) and internal sources (switching, motors, lighting, welders, etc.)  Take a moment to access how transient voltage affects you and your valuable equipment by taking the 'Downtime Quiz' below.

Miracle Strip Body Shop is a high tech operation that depends on cutting edge electronics and computers to provide our customers with state of the art repairs to their automobiles.  Prior to your surge suppressors being wired into our various electrical and telephone systems, we experienced expensive damage from electrical storms, etc., on several occasions.  We even had a company policy to turn off and unplug computers and critical equipment if we heard thunder, and every night when we went home, "just in case" something surged us.

Since you designed and oversaw the installation of your surge protection system, we have not experienced any damage from electrical sources, or lightning at all.  Now we continue working despite the frequent storms our area is infamous for.  It has saved us lots of downtime and helped to keep our business in business!  We can say truthfully that your system has saved us much more than it cost to purchase.
